The building and the garage are secured
after normal working hours and on weekends. Security access cards (card keys) permit tenants
to unlock doors and access elevators to authorized areas after hours.

Card key use is automatically recorded, so employees should use only their card key. Card keys
should not be transferred, shared or traded among employees. If a card key is lost or stolen,
report it immediately to the Property Management Office. We will cancel the missing card key
and issue a replacement. When an employee leaves the company, please notify Property Management
immediately and return the card key to the Property Management Office. At the end of the lease,
all card keys must be collected and returned. Lost garage access cards are replaced by the
Garage Manager whose office is near the Seneca Street exit. There is a $15.00 charge for
lost garage cards.

FAILURE OR LOSS ::

If a valid card key fails to operate a door or
elevator, notify Property Management immediately. To report the problem, use the emergency phones
located in all elevators or use the outside emergency phone located on the concrete column to the north
of the building's main entrance on Third Avenue.

The emergency telephones automatically connect callers to the Security Office. A security
guard will immediately dispatch someone to assist you in gaining access to your authorized area after
verifying your identity. The card key's malfunction will be investigated and corrected as soon as possible.

To maintain building security, it is important that doors remain locked when employees are working in the
evenings and on weekends, including when they temporarily leave the suite to go to the restroom or run an
errand. This reduces the chance that those working off-hours will leave without re-locking the door. Security
also will be enhanced if those using card keys to enter the building take the initiative to question people
who follow them through entry doors or into elevators without displaying their card key. If there is any
question about an individuals authority to be in the building or on a floor, a call should be placed
immediately to Building Security at 206.224.1203.

Please take note that there are emergency telephones throughout the building, including in the garage,
stairwells, elevators and at the front door. All automatically connect to the Security Office. The Security Office
is located at the loading dock and is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
